Cancellation
We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by calling Avery Nails speaking with front desk, or by leaving a voicemail via WhatsApp if out of Operation hours.
Goods sold are not returnable or refundable
Avery Nails does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and touch up on technical errors.
If you are running late, please inform our front desk via phone call or WhatsApp. we will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes of your scheduled time of arrival, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
We do our best to always begin your session on time, If delays are not unusual and we appreciate your understanding and patience. last minute cancellations are inconvenience to the waitlisted customers.
In addition to our already existing policies within Avery Nailsart studio, we are implementing the following policies related to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of all those entering our business.
These policies may be updated at any time without notice based on the recommendations by the Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia
Symptoms
If clients are exhibiting any of the following symptoms, they are asked to reschedule their appointment while providing appropriate notice, as per the Cancellation Policy, where possible:
Fever
Headache
New or worsening cough
Sore throat
Runny Nose
Sneezing
Shortness of breath
Arrival Time
Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5-minutes prior to their booked appointment timeslot.
If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle or outdoors until your appointment time so that we are able to proceed with appropriate disinfection protocols
If you arrive late, our Late Arrival Policy will still apply.
Masks
Clients will be required to wear a mask during their appointment.
Masks must be properly fitted to cover your nose, mouth, and chin areas, as advised by Public Health.
Appointment Attendance
Clients are asked to attend their appointments alone, with exceptions being made for bodyguards and parents. However, social distancing will be ongoing.
These individuals may be asked to wait in their vehicle or outdoors while the client is receiving their service.
To remain cautious for the health and safety of vulnerable individuals, Avery Nailsart will temporarily be removing Manicures (for children under 12-years old)
